Quality Assurance and After-sale Service Terms
All ENDURA products are manufactured in accordance with national and international tool manufacturing standards.
Within 360 days after you purchase ENDURA tools, you can have them repaired for free or replaced by a new one from local dealer, provided that products cannot be normally used due to own quality defect.
Products broken because of non-quality problem can receive excellent service from local dealer. Clients will be charged according to the ENDURA toll standard. In order to guarantee efficient and effective service to our clients, authorized dealers will follow the service principles below:
A.
Dealers should give priority to ensure the our clients could continue their work even if the tools are broken.
B.
After-service will be provided based on the original purchasing receipt.
C.
Free service doesn't apply to rust, shedding of electrodeposits, nick on surface, broken plastic grips and broken packing material, for example, paper box, plastic box, paper card etc.
D.
Free service doesn't apply to broken products caused by ordinary wear and tear.
E.
Free service doesn't apply to broken products caused by improper use. The maintenance will be charged according to the ENDURA repairing standard.
F.
For product still could not be normally used with changed accessories, clients can have them replaced by new one.
G.
Clients should fill in the standard Quality Service Card to enjoy the complete after-sale service. Users should properly use the tools according to the instructions.
